Context

The brief

Wrangler Argentina ran its ecommerce on WordPress with an oversized 16 vCPU / 32 GB RAM VPS. Despite the hardware, the site was slow and unstable. BAS ERP integration was partial — stock only — and heavy jobs saturated the server during peak events like Hot Sale and Cyber Monday.

Challenge

The constraint

Build a modern, scalable ecommerce with deep real-time BAS integration, optimized infrastructure costs and a reusable tech base for other group brands — including Lee and Canterbury.
