A property catalog that sells from the first scroll
We redesigned Inmobiliaria Robles' website to turn a passive catalog into an active sales platform, with precise search, real-time sync and a premium visual identity.
The brief
Inmobiliaria Robles is a premium agency in Mar del Plata with urban and countryside divisions. They came to Coding with a site that no longer represented them: outdated UI, imprecise search and Tokko sync that took up to 24 hours to reflect changes.
The constraint
The site had to communicate premium positioning while solving real technical issues: agile Tokko sync, clear split between urban and countryside, and property-type search with accurate, consistent data.
What we built
Full UX/UI redesign
New information architecture with a clear urban/countryside split. Visual identity aligned to the brand's premium positioning.
Modern frontend
React with mobile-first responsive design, clear visual hierarchy and smooth navigation by property type.
Backend + Tokko integration
Laravel with optimized Tokko sync, dynamic sitemap, technical SEO from development and manual publish control.
From passive catalog to active real estate platform: the new site communicates professionalism, enables precise property-type search and syncs listings close to real time.
